We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team. This position is ideal for a Recruiter with a proven track record of success and the desire and ability to work independently. The Executive Recruiter will support multiple clients filling full-time, salaried positions mostly in the private sector.

MooreSuccess, Inc. operates in a unique manner, allowing our Executive Recruiters to maintain flexibility and to fully operate their own desks from a home office, while working in a collaborative environment with other home-office recruiters, using provided resources and support that are unique to our business.

This position is ideal for a customer service focused solo recruiter who would like to have access to all resources of a larger firm or an experienced recruiter who enjoys working a full desk (client development and recruitment).

Job Duties

As an Executive Recruiter, your main responsibility is to uncover new business by engaging with clients via telephone and email. You will also nurture existing relationships by offering solutions and solving problems for diverse hiring needs.
Build, maintain and manage account relationships through constant contact and advocacy
Utilize CRM system to qualify new prospects
Profile and analyze accounts to overcome any objections and generate quality opportunities
Present the value of MooreSuccess, Inc services to prospective and existing clients
Recruit, interview, and coach potential candidates

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma
Must have a minimum of two years running a full-service Recruiting Desk including sales and sourcing.
Must be familiar with the use of an Applicant Tracking System and Customer Relationship Management Software
